All Toombs Inc. career transition programs begin with a personal assessment and counseling session. This meeting is designed to help employees take a strategic approach to their job search, balancing their needs, goals, and skills with demands and trends in the current job marketplace.
Follow-up programs vary, and typically include access to workshops geared to building job-search capabilities such as networking, identifying target employers, resume preparation, cover letters, interviewing, entrepreneurial coaching, negotiating job offers, and more.
